Standard Service Visit
 1hour (2techs &/or Estimate) - $375
This secures a scheduled time with a licensed technician for straightforward, like‑for‑like replacements (e.g., light‑fixture swaps). If the technician determines the scope is more than a simple replacement, we’ll pause and do a Formal estimate & reschedule before any work proceeds. This ensures we arrive prepared with the right parts, permits, and crew.



Project Scheduling & Deposit

A $375 project deposit is required to schedule any site visit.
This covers travel, consultation, and a time spent sourcing & pricing to produce a formal emailed estimate.
The deposit is credited toward your first block of service.


Service Blocks (Minimums)
All jobs are scheduled in time blocks to ensure efficiency and reduce unnecessary travel & labor.
 
Half-Day (4hr min) → $750 + Parts @ 18%  - $375 Deposit
Full-Day (8hr min) → $1500 + Parts @ 18% - $375 Deposit
Multi-Day (16+ hrs) → Custom pricing - $375 Deposit

Labor + standard tools
Parts billed separately List + 18%

Standard: 2 Months Timeline Schedule (included)
Priority: Within 2 weeks (+25% surcharge)
Emergency: Within 48 hrs (+150% surcharge)
