Picking what color is right for you
This chart represents the color of the light created by the fixture, NOT amount of light produced. (90% of LED Lighting fixtures have dimmable capabilities with the correct dimmers)
- 3000K is the most common color purchased for households, offices, etc. This color is easy on the eyes its a soft white with a borderline yellow tint.
- 2700K is more like an old school light bulb with the dull yellow color produced (LED being much brighter but same color) This color is not as common
- 4000K and up is mostly used in a commercial applications. These colors are harder on the eyes but make it much easier to see. (parking lot lights, showroom lighting, walkway lighting etc)
